This is my favorite thunderstorm CD. We have used it in our haunt for years, driving a color organ for lightning.

This is a very good thunderstorm CD.

The one long track lets you hear the approaching storm, the body of the storm, and sounds as the storm receds. In places where the storm is quiet, you can hear birds and other animals. Rain sounds are included, and rather prominent. In fact, this is more of a rainstorm CD than a thunderstorm.
Although pleasant to listen to, I don't recommend it for thunder and lightning in your haunt.
David, though, says:
One could do worse for the haunt. The main problem with this recording is that the rain is so loud as to make it near impossible to get a color organ to flash on the thunder only. The rain may actually be louder than most of the thunder. It would probably be fine for haunt atmosphere as long as you don't plan on doing that. Might be possible if the color organ has a strong enough low-pass filter, but I bet few of them will do.
Despite the different name, this disc is identical to Thunderstorm - Magic Moods.

Yuck! The thunderstorm track contains howls, screams, chimes, and other assorted sound effect that I prefer not to have mixed with my storm sounds.

The thunderstorm tracks contains other prominent storm sounds, like howling winds. I rather like them, but they are too short. "The Overture" is a synthesized version of the William Tell Overture.

This is mostly a rainstorm CD, with a little occasional thunder. The thunder is mostly rolling thunder in the distance, not sudden crashes of thunder very close.
