Overview
This one was inspired by some large, spherical color-changing Christmas ornaments sold in 2006.

Take a bunch of them, put them in an "egg sack" made of cheesecloth.
The Christmas ornaments are about 8 inches in diameter. They light up, and slowly fade from one color to another.
Should be really creepy as spider eggs!
Not all the eggs have to light up. You can bulk out the egg sack with anything spherical (e.g. balloons).
